For this class, we saw four elements of Organizational learning, which are:

     1. Supportive leaders: Leader are committed to organizational learning;

• Clear vision and goals for organizational learning
• Champions and role models

     2. Culture of continuos improvements: Culture values organizational learning:

• Aligned beliefs and values
• Commitment to measurement of results

     3. Intuitive knowledge processes: Organizational learning processes are embedded             into daily workflows:

• Defined processes to set learning agenda and capture, distill, apply, and share knowledge.
• Technology platforms

     4. Defined learning structure: Organizational structure is aligned to support                             organizational learning:

• Defined roles and responsabilities for capturing, distilling, applying, and sharing knowledge.
• Networks and coordination.

And also we saw the disciplines that organiations can learn completely and simply and they are five:

1. The personal domain
2. Systematic learning
3. The mental models
4. The shared vision
5. Team learning

RESULT

TRELLO

Trello is a fabulous tool for organizing tasks. It is ideal for the coordination of work teams and is based on the Kanban methodology, which proposes a system of collaborative use.

Te permite crear diversos proyectos con temáticas totalmente diferentes entre sí, asociados a una misma cuenta, y trabajando con equipos diferenciados (según el contenido de cada uno de ellos).

Slack

Slack offers chat rooms organized by topics, as well as private groups and direct messages. It has a search box that allows access to all the content of the application. Slack integrates a large number of services to third parties and supports the integrations made by the community. The main additions include services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Heroku, Crashlytics, GitHub, Trello and Zendesk.

RESULT

In this class we learned two important apps which are groupware, These apps allow us to create platforms to keep our groups of potential clients informed of all our offers and promotions, where they can express their concerns and at the same time be able to help them immediately.
