First, We read a paper on Sustainability of Technology where it was possible to get some main ideas.

• The trade is one of the most important thing in the electronic comerce.
• The linked data provides the ability to establish association links between concepts in different data sets producing interrelated high quality versions of linked web data.
• The key to the usability of the website is the user's experience.
• The web architecture is without drivers, without owners and without data integration.
• Then, we started the class  with the topic E-Business strategies.

We talked about Usability which is the user's experience and also we read the first law of Jacobson, whic says:
If the users cannot find the product, they cannot buy it either.

RESULT:

We learned about the sustainable of technology and iden tified E-Business strategies.

In this class, we talked about the development of a competitive advantage, and we knew that it has 3 types of advantages, whic are:

2. The advantage of product differenctiation and
3. The advantage of the transaction

These have their own characteistics

1. They provide personalized attention
2. Specific and particular support to each client
3. They collect information from prospects and customers
4. Manage the delivery of products or services
5. Generate the preferences of prospects and customers
6. Generate quotes and billings
7. Execute advertising campaigns
8. Your documentation is shared and centralized in a databas.

RESULT

The knowledge learned was wonderfull, now we know the competitive advantages of online business, which are 3 and also 8 characterístics that  belong to the competitive advantages.

For this class, we saw four elements of Organizational learning, which are:

Trello is a fabulous tool for organizing tasks. It is ideal for the coordination of work teams and is based on the Kanban methodology, which proposes a system of collaborative use.

Te permite crear diversos proyectos con temáticas totalmente diferentes entre sí, asociados a una misma cuenta, y trabajando con equipos diferenciados (según el contenido de cada uno de ellos).

Slack

Slack offers chat rooms organized by topics, as well as private groups and direct messages. It has a search box that allows access to all the content of the application. Slack integrates a large number of services to third parties and supports the integrations made by the community. The main additions include services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Heroku, Crashlytics, GitHub, Trello and Zendesk.

RESULT

In this class we learned two important apps which are groupware, These apps allow us to create platforms to keep our groups of potential clients informed of all our offers and promotions, where they can express their concerns and at the same time be able to help them immediately.
