Objective: Analyze the behavior of the customer before a sale or demostration of a product.

After that we saw the types of motivation, which are: Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
Intrinsic motivation:
It arises within the subject. Obey internal reasons.
Example
Desires to learn to know more.
Need to do things well for self-satisfaction.
Extrinsic motivation:
It is stimulated from the outside offering rewards. Example: Arrive on time to work to earn a punctuality bonus.
Then we talked about the Types of motives.
Motives not learned
Examples: hungry, thirsty, need to preserve body temprature.
Motives learned
Examples: need for power, need for presige
Combined reasons
Examples: the sexual desire, maternal behavior.

Objective: Analyze the functioning of web in the context of tourism.

So, continuing with the previous topic, we saw 3 apps we which will help us as a tourism proffesionals. And they are:
Waze
The app, with millions of users around the world, helps to better navigate the traffic jams saving time and money in gas for those who use it. How does it work?
What's new is the way in which the app records the information: thanks to the active community of users, traffic alerts, blockades, and even closer and cheaper gas stations are shared and updated in real time.

Foodzaps
It is a point-of-sale software and seeks to be the most dynamic for Restaurants by giving you control, flexibility, and freedom to improve your performance.

Objective: Analyze the functioning of web in the context of tourism.

Development
So, in this class we learned about how to use three applications that we can use as tourism professionals. And they are:
Foursquare
Its founders define it as a social network based on location services that incorporates game elements.
Foursquare is the sum of three concepts:
1) Application for mobile phones with location functionality (iPhone, Blackberry, Android and all smartphones).
2) It is a social network.
3) It allows registering the user in any type of place or physical space.
Google My business
Google My Business is a platform for companies that helps businesses have more visibility on the Internet. It is a tool that can be very useful for your company, since it offers information about your business and favors the online presence of your company.
It is a very important platform for people who are looking for the services you offer to find you quickly and easily and can contact you in a single click.

Custom Menu Restaurant
App very helpful for food establishments, it allows the responsible for orders to stramline their work with the use of mobile devices. In this app we can see tables available, orders from customers, billiing, among others.

Waiterio
This app is wonderfull and helpul for food establishment allows to those in charge of orders to streamline their work with the use of mobile devices.

- From the applications provided by the teacher select one and carry out an investigation on the history of the company, the characteristics of the tabs of the application, make a practical case and prepare material for a presentation in class.

Topic: Application with Citizen Science wich helps the advance of the hotel and tourism.
Objective: Knowing a lot of applications wich benefit the hotel and today.
Currently the internet
is widely used to create and promote a variety of applications with citizen
science. This is the relationship between the verification of all information
by scientists and the interaction with society. This will help tourism professionals
to expand their knowledge and have real and secure information to reach a
certain destination.
Of the 24 applications researched by the 5th semester students of Hotel and Tourism, these were the most striking.

Topic: E-Business (History)
Objective: Know the principles of Business on the internet.
From the 80's and until the mid 90's, the businees process models in the companies were updated depending on the results of studies based on "Total Quality", "Quality Circles", "Re-engineering of Processes", among others.
E-Business is an Internet business model that was created in the year 95. It uses a very broad support technology that tries as much as possible to evolve the environment that surrounds it. business online has allowed the company to create a lot of money as long as it can be used correctly; can be purchased from an appliance to a vegetable.
E-Business is the improvement in the operation of a business through connectivity, the connection of the value chain between businesses, suppliers, allies and their customers in orders to achieve better relationships with customer and it reduce costs by not having intermediaries.
